All too often I hear from clients that they are too busy to get their heads around social media.  It's too complicated, too time consuming.  And I'm afraid we marketers are often guilty of making it more complicated than it needs to be.  Whilst there is no doubt my clients are too busy, the truth is that Social Media, at its best, should be simple.
So that's how I keep it, developing uncomplicated social media plans, that are straightforward and easy to execute, whilst also being effective and hardworking, with the target audience's needs at their heart.
